Annotation
The Master’s degree course in 'Art History. Research, theory, practice' promotes knowledge and skills for research, for the scientifically sound support of measures for the preservation and mediation of the wealth of cultural traditions. Based on broad subject-specific knowledge, you will learn to independently apply scientific methods and findings to complex objects and the framework conditions of the arts. The degree course includes a high proportion of courses on originals and thus strengthens your knowledge of monuments (art techniques, stylistic history, past and present forms of presentation). In addition to the diversity of the individual science, you will be instructed to solve problems across disciplines.
