Target group
The course is aimed at graduates with a first professional degree in a degree programme in the field of German Studies or one that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the amount of 180 credits and subject-related study at a university or equivalent higher education institution in Germany or abroad.

Admission requirements
A subject related requirement is proof of academic achievements in the field of German Studies in the scope of at least 60 credit points and a final grade of 'good' or better. Furthermore, language skills in at least two modern foreign languages are required. International applicants are required to provide proof of command of German at the level of a DSH test (stage 2), a TestDaF (TDN 4) or a recognised equivalent.
