The Teaching Qualification for Special Schools (L5) entitles graduates to teach at special schools, however the teaching qualification also relates to teaching at primary schools and the subject studied for teaching at intermediate and German lower secondary schools. Admission requirements
Requirement for admission to the Teaching Qualification degree courses with the degree 'First State Examination' is the general higher education entrance qualification (school leaving qualification) or an equivalent accredited qualification (NOT entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences).
