Target group

Skilled workers and scientists who come from tropical, sub-tropical or semiarid countries or would like to work in these countries professionals from public and private institutions, authorities and enterprises with a geoscientific background. Scientists and lecturers are addressed as well as young people who got their BSc. degree.

Annotation

English language skills required (CEFR C1 or previous degree course with English as the teaching language). Work placement of at least three months during the course. Part-time study: www.teilzeitstudium.tu-darmstadt.de. The target group is skilled workers and scientists who come from tropical, subtropical or semi-arid countries or would like to work in these countries Professionals from public and private institutions, authorities and enterprises with a background in geosciences or environmental engineering. Young scientists and lecturers are addressed as well as students who have recently obtained their BSc degree.

- B.Sc. In Applied Geosciences, B.Sc. In Environmental Engineering, B.Sc. In Civil Engineering and Geodesy at University of Technology Darmstadt or an academic degree from a comparable degree course; if necessary, an oral aptitude test; if necessary, admission subject to conditions up to a maximum of of 30 CP. - Knowledge of English at level C1 CEFR. Proof is provided by school certificates or equivalents.
