Target group
The MBA Leadership programme is aimed at experienced professionals from companies, associations, NGOs, parties, agencies and other organisations. This also includes managerial positions outside the specialisation of the MBA course. Professionals from other functional areas who want to adapt their qualification profile to the digital trends of the international economy are also addressed. The MBA is also aimed at experienced professionals from all kinds of organisations with positions in project or department management, in the area of management assistance, but also at young entrepreneurs with start-up experience who want to adapt their management skills to innovative forms of organisation and work. In addition, management consultants and freelancers who want to become more established in the digital market are also addressed.
Annotation
Classroom course lasting several days once a month, usually from Thursday to Sunday at the campus in Berlin. The course is flexible, the seminars can be completed in 12 months, but also in 24 months. The course consists of an attendance phase (approx. 55 days), 8 days of e-learning in the evening and self-study. A module as a stay abroad (currently Singapore) is part of the course.
Admission requirements
1. Successful completion of a professional degree (e.g. Diploma, Graduate degree, State examination, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) 2. A minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field, at least two years of which after the first professional degree 3. Course-specific knowledge. 4. Very good command of English
