Since January 2024: monthly remuneration of the primary-qualifying nursing students as of EUR 1,000 per month according to the vocational nursing training. The Bavarian Nursing Scholarship will therefore come to an end. Admission requirements

For applicants without a professional qualification in Nursing (primary qualifiers): - general or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification or higher education entrance qualification at a university of applied sciences. - A training contract with a cooperating provider of practical training - 6-week internship in a nursing facility - Health certificate - Extended certificate of good conduct For applicants with a professional qualification in Nursing (career-changers): - general or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification or higher education entrance qualification at a university of applied sciences. - Proof of successfully completed vocational training (healthcare and nursing, healthcare and paediatric nursing, geriatric care and nursing) for the recognition of professional skills (5-semester part-time studies possible)

The semester contribution is EUR 72 from the winter semester of 2024/25. The semester ticket is no longer valid due to the Deutschlandticket. Students receive this at a reduced rate of EUR 29 per month.
