Target group
The aim is to enable students to take executive and management positions in service organisations in the social sector with profound subject knowledge and a sense of responsibility.

Admission requirements
1. Proof of a successfully completed degree course in Social Work comprising at least six semesters of theory and 180 ECTS credits or another degree course with clear relevance to the aims of this Master's degree course and its research and action areas (e.g. Social Sciences, Business Administration, International Economics, each with a relevant course focus) with a total grade of at least 2.5 at a German university or an equivalent academic degree 2. Proof of at least one year of relevant practical employment after the first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree 3. Proof of subject-related aptitude demonstrated in an assessment of aptitude (admission interview).
