Personnel are an important factor for a company's success, because loyal and efficient employees are a competitive advantage. A key issue in human resources and staff management is therefore: what are the key factors that influence employee satisfaction and productivity? In the dual study programme in Human Resources and Staff Management, you will learn in a practical setting how to work with people in relation to economic and legal topics. You will deal with areas such as Operational Human Resources and Staff Management, Occupational and Organisational Psychology as well as Staff and Corporate Management. You will apply what you have learned directly at your practice partner.

General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification Without a school leaving certificate confirming general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, entry is possible if you meet one of the following conditions: - completed at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of professional experience in the profession you have trained in - successful passing of the Master Craftsperson’s examination - successful completion of a course as a state-certified Technician or state-certified Business Economist
