Annotation

The consecutive Master's degree course is an application-based and internationally orientated degree course. Graduates are qualified to work in fields of social work with a focus on peace-building in national and international contexts. Peace-building is understood here to mean strategies for the active maintenance, (re-)establishment and shaping of peace. In addition to subject-specific content, science-based methods and strategies for transcultural communication, violence prevention, conflict resolution and conflict transformation are taught and tried out by the students in a practical semester.
