Sustainability has long been a must-have for organisations. To remain competitive in the future, companies have to live up to their responsibility for society and the environment. The Master´s degree programme in Sustainability & Management therefore rethinks management in a new, different and sustainable way and prepares you for the social, ecological and economic challenges in a constantly changing world. In four semesters, you acquire the skills and motivation to drive innovation and the courage to bring about real, long-lasting change in companies. With your knowledge and skills, you will be able to better shape the future of the economy and ensure that companies are not only successful, but also sustainable. - Strategic implementation of sustainability in the corporate context - Analysing and developing sustainable business models - Generate and implement green and social innovations - Practice projects, excursions and project studies in one company included - Optional period spent at a foreign higher education institution - Think outside the box about ethical, legal and psychological aspects Project studies or semester abroad In the 3rd semester you have the choice: Either you go to a company of your choice for ten weeks and apply your knowledge in practice or you decide to spend a semester abroad at one of our more than 50 partner universities worldwide. Target group: - Visionaries who are convinced that management and sustainability are not mutually exclusive, rather – on the contrary – they complement one another. - Idealists who believe that a Bachelor's degree should be followed by a specialisation that has purpose and makes an impact. - Pioneers who are willing to redefine economic thinking and behaviour against the background of sustainability. Note: The main teaching language is German. However, some lectures and seminars by international experts can take place in English (requirement: B2).
Admission requirements
- relevant professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree according to Section 10 of the Berlin Higher Education Act (BerlHG) - professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree (Diploma degree, Bachelor's degree) worth at least 180 CP in Economics, Social Sciences or Humanities, or - a comparable relevant vocational certificate of academic degree

Tuition fee
- A one-time enrolment fee of 100 euros is charged. » There are numerous student funding possibilities, such as Federal Students Assistance Act (BAföG), KfW (Reconstruction Loan Corporation) student loan (independent of parents and subject, without collateral), scholarships for outstanding students, student loans from banks, student education funds and grants.
