Admission requirements
Admission requirements: Completed first degree course of at least 6 semesters, several years (generally, at least 3 years) of relevant professional experience, certified participation in 30 sessions (each lasting 90 min.) of supervision, work-related guidance, coaching, organisational consulting in at least two different settings (individual/group/team supervision, coaching, organisational consulting) proof of recognised and relevant courses of further and continuing education in the areas of Psychology, Sociology and Education with a scope of at least 300 hours. These should have been focused on the acquisition of personal skills (e.g. self-awareness), group skills (e.g. group dynamics, group analysis and/or group teaching), role skills, teaching skills, advisory and therapeutic skills and organisational skills. The training and continuing education courses should be completed before starting the continuing Master's course.
