This degree course ensures that you become particularly attractive to companies that want strategic sustainability and responsible business practices to be permanently integrated into their corporate philosophy in the long term. It gives you the tools necessary to meaningfully support companies in the topic of sustainability. Your ability to perform complex analyses and manage responsibly in globally operating companies will clearly raise awareness of sustainability aspects and enable them to be put into practice. You adapt systemic content for the existing company organisation and take companies forward with a view to sustainability. Your knowledge ranges from management to systems theory. Sustainable action is central to your analyses and development approaches. You systematically and specifically tackle challenges and develop solutions that significantly improve business processes or completely restructure them. Your understanding of intercultural and international management issues is highly developed. As a manager, you shoulder cross-industry responsibility in the areas of project development, strategy creation and implementation, systemic corporate development and the creation of sustainability concepts, including in globally oriented companies and organisations. Successfully completed academic studies at a university, UAS or vocational academy in the field of Technology, Economics, Natural Sciences, Computer Science or an equivalent degree must be proven. The degree course requires a sound knowledge of English to C1 level.
