Teaching and learning formats: Each module begins with a three-day face-to-face event at the Academy of Labour in Frankfurt am Main. This is followed by a six-week self-study phase with digital events.

1. Bachelor's degree worth at least 180 CP according to ECTS or comparable academic degree 2. At least one year of professional experience after the first academic degree 3. Proficiency in English at least at level B2 of the CEFR 4. Passing the aptitude test
