Annotation
Technological developments and social changes are causing construction projects to become increasingly complex. In order for them to be successfully implemented, the entire value chain needs to be designed more efficiently and sustainably. The Master's degree programme in Construction Process Management is aimed at engineers who would like to tackle these challenges and play a significant role in shaping a modern world of construction. The education and training are focused on Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM) as well as Virtual Design & Construction and Integrated Project Management (IPM). The courses are preferably grouped into blocks so that there are free days between the attendance phases.
