Graduate Administrator (FH), Bachelor (Public Management) as well as graduates of undergraduate courses in the fields of economic, social and administrative sciences as well as natural and engineering sciences, employees of non-profit organisations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) who aspire for or already hold a leadership position in municipal or state administrations.

Annotation

The attendance phases take place at Kehl University of Applied Sciences. The course of study provides the educational prerequisites for the higher civil service. The programme is also offered at the University of Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg Management.
