This Master’s degree programme is open not only to computer scientists, but also to all those interested in a first degree programme with at least 6 semesters of standard period of study and at least one year of relevant professional practice, with basic knowledge in the field of mathematics and programming as well as a basic understanding of creating web pages. The homogenisation phase makes it easy to get started in the challenging modules of the degree programme. In this phase at the beginning of the programme, you can choose from a variety of modules to get started. Thus, students who come from related disciplines, such as business administration or engineering, also succeed in joining the degree programme.

Admission requirements
All graduates with at least 6 semesters of academic education are admitted if good prerequisites have been proven, taking into account the overall predicate of the first degree and professional experience, and if they have at least one year of professional experience relevant to the degree programme. A maximum of 30 credit points can be credited for achievements in examinations completed during a 7-semester Bachelor's degree course, provided these are equivalent. The examination committee decides on admission and crediting of previous achievements. A command of English is required for this course of study.
