The Master's programme is aimed at graduates of architecture and civil engineering with a university (of applied sciences) or academic degree who wish to perform project management tasks in architecture, construction and real estate business and/or in higher civil service of public administration.
Annotation
The degree course is offered with a major in Project Development (60 CP, 2 semesters). The education and training in the Master's degree courses Integral Planning and Building is oriented towards the job profile of the project developer, who as project sponsor and project manager designs and is responsible for the entire value chain of buildings. The life cycle of our built environment is considered across all processes from project development to operation in order to meet the current and future demands of increasingly complex construction tasks. The skills are taught through classical analogue work with plans and models, as well as through the integration of digital tools and methods. Please note: It is also possible to complete this degree course with this major with 90CP in three semesters.
