Target group
Course Objective: Our students deal with the requirements of quality, environmental, energy and occupational health and safety management systems and look into how companies can optimise their processes in these areas through integrated management systems. Related topics, such as accompanying project management, auditing of management systems, sustainability management or reporting on results achieved, are analysed as are the environmental policy and legal framework conditions and issues of technical environmental protection, particularly energy technology. The degree course is highly application-oriented through the integrated internship and is unique in Germany.
Annotation
You can enrol for our Master's degree course with a Bachelor's degree with 210 credits (starting in the summer semester). If you have a Bachelor's degree with 180 credits, you can acquire the missing 30 credits via our propaedeutic semester (starting in the winter semester).
Admission requirements
Applicants with a Bachelor's degree with the following characteristics are eligible for admission: • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, alternatively an academic degree in Economics or Social Sciences with a focus on the field of management systems • Academic degree with 210 credits • Academic degree with 180 credits and at least one year of relevant professional experience • Academic degree with 180 credits and completion of our propaedeutic study semester (30 credits) You work and would like to study on a part-time basis? This is a dual, career-integrated Master's degree programme in which your company and our university jointly train specialists and executives for their work in the field of management systems.
