Target group

The programme starts every two years. The next start is in the winter semester 2018/19. The course is aimed at persons with a first professionally qualifying degree, primarily in a Social, Health or Economic Science discipline, working with or managing individuals, groups or teams (e.g. family counsellors, managers of social institutions, team and project leaders, personnel and organisational developers, supervisors).

Annotation

The course is aimed at people who have completed their first professional qualification in Social, Health or Economic sciences and who work with individuals, groups or teams (e.g. family counsellors, heads of social institutions, team and project managers, personnel) and organisational developers, supervisors). Upon proof of 100 additional consulting hours, the certificate “Systemic Counselling” from IF Weinheim can be obtained in addition to the Master's degree

Completion of a first professionally qualifying academic course of at least 180 ECTS credits primarily in the field of health, social or economic sciences or a study course comparable in content, scope and orientation - At least one year of professional experience after completion of university degree in a relevant field of work at the time of the application deadline - Written motivation letter and admission interview
