In the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures field of study, skills and abilities in the application and assessment of radiological diagnostics procedures, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, electroencephalography, audiology, internal medicine and cardiovascular, pneumological and ENT functional diagnostics are deepened and expanded. Knowledge of instrumentation and surgical techniques in various medical disciplines, including the corresponding anaesthesiology techniques and procedures, is also expanded based on the basic theoretical and practical knowledge. Alternating theoretical and practical phases in cooperation with companies and social institutions. Depending on the location of the various areas of specialisation.

The degree programme is aimed at medical technologists who are already professionally qualified in three specialisations - Functional diagnostics (MTL) - Laboratory analysis (MTL) - Radiology (MTR) and is also aimed at - Surgical Technicians (OTA) - Anaesthesia Technical Assistants (ATA) - Emergency paramedics (NFS)
