The part-time online bachelor’s degree Accounting & Controlling imparts in-depth knowledge that allows graduates to successfully hold a department and project management function as an accountant or controller. Graduates will have a variety of career options. As a graduate you are not restricted to a specific industry or company size. Rather, your acquired skills are also in demand across the non-profit sector, from small and medium-sized to large capital market-oriented companies. The video lectures, live tutorials and our study app allow you to study when and where you want. You can sit your written examinations at one of our 12 examination locations across Germany. The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree awarded by Wismar University of Applied Sciences is nationally and internationally recognised. You will gain an academic degree that underlines your commitment to personal development and can lead to a master’s degree.

Admission requirements
To be admitted to the correspondence bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Controlling (online), one of the following requirements must be met: 1. General higher education entrance qualification 2. Subject-specific universities entrance qualification or 3. Entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences Admission without higher education entrance qualification Admission without a university entrance qualification is possible if applicants have undergone advanced further training recognised as equivalent (business administration, business management, master or similar) or via the university admission exam for professionals (HZP). Passing the HZP exam means that you can be admitted to the Wismar University of Applied Sciences without general higher education entrance qualification / subject-specific entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.
