Annotation
The lectures take place at the polymer technology campus “kunststoffcampus bayern” in Weißenburg. Competencies and skills already acquired outside of university as well as existing professional practice can be taken into account, so that ideally, the duration of the study is only 6 semesters. The courses take into account the special situation of working people. They are organised so that they are compatible with full-time employment. Attendance phases are limited to a reasonable minimum. Lectures are held in three to four blocks per semester (usually Wednesday to Saturday). In addition, the professional activity is integrated into the course, which results in a high practical relevance.

Tuition fee
The degree programme can be shortened to 3 years career-integrated (= 6 semesters) by crediting already acquired professional skills (e.g. as a master technician). Accordingly, the total costs can be reduced to EUR 14,400. Individual modules can also be studied (modular studies). A module costs EUR 600 and is completed with an examination. A certificate is issued to certify the ECTS credits.
