In such cases, the requirement for enrolment will be proof of language proficiency: this serves to assess whether applicants have adequate command of Latin to be able to achieve the objectives of the course (aptitude assessment procedure). The requirement for participation in the aptitude assessment procedure is a pass in the Latinum (Latin language examination) exam. The aptitude assessment consists of a written test of 90 minutes, which may be followed by an additional oral test of 20-30 minutes.
