Admission requirements

Alternatively: entrance qualification for universities of applied science, subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification, general higher education entrance qualification, previous education recognised as equivalent, passed aptitude test. No prior work placement required. Exceptional artistic talent to be demonstrated by taking a test\; if proof of qualification for admission to higher education according to the Lower Saxon Higher Education Act (NHG § 18 section1 (sentences 1-4)) is not provided, outstanding artistic talent has to be demonstrated for the particular subject of study.

For the winter semester, we offer study places for the degree course in Music Education (Bachelor of Arts) in the four fields of study of Jazz, Classical, Musical and Pop. Applications are possible in the period from 01.03. to 28.04. (11.59 pm). From 01.03, you will find the link to our online application portal on the degree course website. Shortly after the application deadline, you will be informed by e-mail about the aptitude test.
