Start by explaining the context of your idea. What is the problem? Who is affected by this problem? Are you merely assuming there is a need or did you already verified it (e.g. through interviews, studies, etc.)?

Describe what you hope to achieve. Specify the goal of your future solution and how it addresses the challenge, or it solves the identified problem.

How would you implement the idea?

Explain how you expect your idea to work. If possible, provide a brief overview of the assesment results for your solution to likely costs, timelime, technologies needed, required operational capacities, competition, resources, and other relevant factors.

Try to prove that your idea will work in a real-life environment. But you don’t need to have a perfect idea. Half-baked ideas are welcome. You’ll be surprised how half-baked ideas can lead you to the best solutions.
