There is a foreign language centre. Languages offered: English, French, German as a Foreign Language, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese. The university does not have its own sports programme. Students of Fresenius University of Applied Sciences can participate in the university sports programme of Düsseldorf University Sports. Many team and individual sports courses are offered. Participation is subject to fees. The General Student Committee of Fresenius University of Applied Sciences has its own Sports department at each campus and organises sporting events such as the annual multi-site football tournament "FreseCup". In addition, participation in local sporting events or programmes can be discussed with the Sports department.
