Special features regarding university sports

The university does not have its own sports programme. Students and university staff are given full access to all courses and activities of the general university sports of the Koblenz universities. This is stated in a cooperation agreement between the University of Koblenz-Landau and the University of Koblenz. Students, staff and guests of the universities in Koblenz are offered a varied and attractive sports, exercise and health programme. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the resulting sports ban, the general university sports programme was partially converted to or supplemented by online courses. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees.
