Special features regarding university sports

The university does not have its own sports programme. The HFU offers a wide range of leisure sports activities, which are organised via student units. A comprehensive range of winter sports (skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon), use of the sports hall for volleyball, football, handball, badminton, etc. For competitive athletes, the Furtwangen University has its own top sports programme, which enables flexible study conditions.
