The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programme of all higher education institutions in Saxony and beyond. Participation is subject to fees. The university sports centre offers over 40 different types of sports. The 40 sports result in over 90 courses, which are led by approx. 40 course instructors. In addition to the weekly sports programme, we offer a winter camp, a climbing camp, a wakeboard camp and a kitesurf camp for beginners and advanced surfers every year. Various internal / external competitions are also organised. The Sports Centre is also responsible for organising the Saxony University Basketball Championship.
