The university offers its own sports programme. Participation in the sports excursions of the WWU is also possible. Participation is free of charge. The university sports programme is a key component of the university's profile development and is continually expanded. Diverse team and individual sports as well as fitness and online classes are offered for students and employees. In addition, there are partnerships with local gyms where university members can keep fit at a reduced price. Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences also hosts annual sporting competitions.
