Locations: University library at the IKMZ of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg: Central campus Cottbus; Cottbus-Sachsendorf Campus; Senftenberg campus; Stock: We offer access to 1 million classic print media, 283,000 digit. Media, 51,000 eJournals and technical equipment. We are guided by your needs and also acquire media on proposal.; Services: In the award-winning IKMZ building on the central campus and in two wonderful libraries in Sachsendorf and Senftenberg, we offer you support, training and courses (e.g. a certificate course on research data management), but above all individual advice on all questions of scientific work via our Ask-an-Expert service, on site or online. Spacious learning environments with multimedia equipment invite you to work, discuss and relax during liberal opening hours. You can write final theses in cabins that can be booked for a longer period of time.

Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Students attending the institution can participate in the sports programmes of other university sports facilities in the States of Brandenburg, Berlin, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Participation is subject to fees. Swimming courses, climbing and bouldering wall, weight room for sports courses and club members (cooperation with a Cottbus sports club).
