Locations: The library of the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt is a popular place to study at both locations and offers students and teaching staff access to all types of media for the degree courses on offer.; Stock: The focus in Würzburg is on Social Sciences, Economics, Media Studies, IT, Robotics, Construction, Architecture and other technical subject areas.; Services: With an e-first policy, e-books and e-journals can be used in large numbers on campus, but also from any other location. Specialist databases are licensed worldwide. A high level of advice and extensive activating training courses are core features. The library is involved in central innovative fields such as the promotion of open access as free access to academic information. The library supports teaching staff and students alike with numerous courses on information literacy.

Special features regarding university sports

The university does not have its own sports programme. Students can take part in the sports programme of the University of Würzburg. Participation is subject to fees. In cooperation with the University of Würzburg, the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt offers a wide range of sports courses from football, basketball, volleyball, rugby, lacrosse and hockey to gymnastics, yoga and various fitness and relaxation courses to swimming courses. The university is also an “elite sports partner university”. The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt supports students who achieve top athletic performance in the A, B or C squads in reconciling their studies with top-level sport.
