Services: Extensive range of electronic resources with e-books, e-journals, databases, standards, statistics, video tutorials; Loan of iPads, calculators, scanning pens, dictation devices, etc. to students; Monthly seminars offered for writing the final thesis; Individual guidance on research for the final thesis. Opening hours: Mon-Thu 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Fri 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the examination period, additional opening hours on Sundays.

Special features regarding university sports

The university does not have its own sports programme. Students at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences can participate in the professional sports programme offered by the sports centre of the University of Augsburg at any time. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. The very diverse university sports programme varies in the winter or summer semester. Students can choose from an abundance of sports and try them out. The courses on offer range from fitness and exercise courses to dancing, martial arts, diving and winter sports to exotic sports such as sword fighting and Capoeira. Modern and new trend sports are also on offer. Preparations for e-sports are underway. The extremely diverse range of options can be viewed online at any time.
