Special features regarding the library

Locations: The library is centrally located on the campus. On more than 2,000 m², much is possible from quiet work in the reading room to joint learning in seating bunks or in the group work room.; Stock: 215,000 printed books and journals; 40,000 e-books; 250 printed and 20,000 electronic journals; Offer focus: Pedagogy, psychology and didactics of all school subjects.; Services: The learning landscape of the library is varied with generous learning spaces and as part of moving reading with desk bikes and height-adjustable stools, so that you can loosen up in between. In addition to WiFi and sockets, you can use scanners and photocopiers. Or you can use the few minutes of a cookie lecture for mental stimulation. But we also offer training on research and literature management programmes in the learning space used together with the Language Learning Centre and advise you individually from the literature search for the lecture to the final thesis.

Foreign language center and courses

There is a foreign language centre. Languages offered: English, French, German as a Foreign Language, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Turkish is not currently offered, but is planned for the 2024 summer semester.
