Special features regarding teaching

The Bachelor of Business Law places emphasis on a broad education in both Law and Business Administration. In all theory semesters, case studies are anchored in the curriculum for teaching and practising legal work techniques as well as bridging the gap in practice. The range of majors is based on the main course and is very practice-oriented. The Master's degree is also broad and links law with management issues. The interdisciplinary approach extends to the courses, some of which are held jointly by teachers in both subjects.

Special features regarding the international orientation

The department has set itself the goal of expanding internationalisation (incoming and outgoing). The 2nd semester of the Master's degree programme in Legal Management takes place entirely in English or alternatively can be spent abroad. English-language events and theses are specifically promoted.
