Traditional undergraduate engineering degree; Broad teaching of basic principles; Exercises and seminars in small groups with close contact between students and assistant professors. Extensive demand-based offering of tutorials and optional required subjects; High proportion of laboratory practicals during the Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree course; Information on positions for practical phases and for final theses; Range of courses in English and language courses; Wide range of places for student assistants in projects, which allow for initial professional experience. Special features regarding the equipment

The buildings were moved into in 2002, and the laboratories have extensive equipment. In the last 10 years, there has been on-going modernisation and expansion of the lab equipment, lecture theatres and computer rooms. In 2015 the Fraunhofer Application Centre moved into a new laboratory building; Participation in licensing programmes that permit students to use software on their own computers (including MatLab campus licence, LabView campus licence).
