Special features regarding teaching

The course content in the DEC Master's degree course focuses on the topics of "Dialogue Marketing and E-Commerce". In addition to in-depth insights into the areas of marketing and e-commerce, the course also offers students interesting insights into data analytics, consumer behaviour, user experience, multi-channel management and legal aspects. The degree course takes an interdisciplinary approach and is characterised by a high degree of practical relevance. Through collaborations, students are given the opportunity to gain important insights into corporate practice.

Special features regarding research activities

In the Dialogue Marketing and E-Commerce (MSc) Master's degree course, students are actively involved in research projects. Research focus areas include User Experience, Online Marketing and Extended Reality. The results of these research projects are regularly presented at international conferences and published in book articles or journals.
