Special features regarding teaching

At the Construction Institute in the Media Department, you will pursue practice-oriented learning in a familial atmosphere. Lecturers there are always approachable and integrate their extensive knowledge from the field into their teaching as they combine theoretical backgrounds with examples drawn from the construction industry. The institute offers state-of-the-art laboratories teaching facilities. Innovations from the field, such as digital planning methods, are an integral part of the course content. In addition, the work of one’s subsequent career is simulated and trained in special project modules.

The Media Department and the Construction Institute maintain contacts with international partner universities and help students organise their stay abroad.
