Special features regarding teaching

Studying Economics imparts problem-solving skills. The aim is to train economists who can use economic knowledge and methods to deal with economic policy problems in a differentiated and competent manner. The students also develop social skills that enable them to act responsibly even in ethically challenging decision-making situations. The core of the degree programme is not the derivation and deepening of theoretical knowledge, but its application to contemporary problems.
