Very high degree of practical relevance; Dual (KIS, KIA) and undergraduate students attend courses together; interdisciplinary courses with business informatics, mechatronics, electrical engineering and sustainable development (often in the elective area); Wide choice of options; Personal atmosphere, especially in Heiligenhaus; Excellent teacher-student ratio in Heiligenhaus and, in later semesters, in Bochum, too; Completely new campus in Heiligenhaus with new infrastructure; Sufficient number of well-equipped laboratory workstations.
