The Civil Engineering degree courses at Universität Siegen offer a large breadth of subject matter. An individual specialisation allows for custom profile building. The course is characterised by a relation to practice, which can be seen in particular in seminars and coursework.
Special features regarding research activities
The latest academic research on the particular construction technique and/or planning and calculation method is reflected in standards and guidelines. Many professors are represented in relevant committees. These memberships are a good indicator for the broad recognition of the academic achievements of the respective lecturers and the department.
