Intensive supervision of students due to the manageable number of participants in the Romance Studies courses. Foreign language training in language courses (supported by electronic learning platforms) and seminars. additional options Workshops on film subtitling, theatre projects, additional certificate in Franco-German studies (with the subject combination of French and History). Specialisation possible through option modules as well as interdisciplinary compulsory elective subjects.

Binational degree courses with universities in Toulouse and Turin; Erasmus exchange programme with 33 universities in France, Italy and Spain; Specific and long-standing university partnerships with Alicante, Nantes, Naples and Rome.
