Special features regarding teaching in the bachelor's degree programme

Optimal focus on your individual interests thanks to early specialisation in the BSc (Physical Geography & Soil Science,; Economy & Space,; Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing) and extensive context area (related disciplines). Then build on your BSc with a research-oriented MSc in Geography (with a focus on Climate and Environmental Change or Migration, Demographic Change and Regional Development) or MSc in Geoinformatics, and get a taste of everyday geographic work with a potential employer of your choice in a career-oriented internship (9 weeks).

Special features regarding teaching in the master's programmes

Students in the Master's degree programme in Geography can focus on Human Geography with an orientation toward Migration, Demographic Change & Regional Development or on a Physical Geography with an orientation toward Climate and Environmental Change. Students can choose up to 35 credit points from interdisciplinary modules to pursue an individual specialisation. You can experience everyday working life with a potential employer in a career-oriented internship (6 weeks).
