Special features regarding the international orientation

The coordination point for internationalisation provides information about international activities and possibilities at the faculty. It coordinates excursions and stays abroad during studies, international projects and courses at the faculty, "International Weeks" and much more. The coordination point is also where international students can also find out about an exchange semester in the field of social work or health at FRA UAS. In addition, there are teaching and research projects led by faculty members in the department, in which students can be involved.

Special features regarding the equipment

E-learning programmes and tools are in use in the department. The Digital Teaching and Learning Centre supports the use of these tools. In the computer pools, there are 65 workstations, all-day technical support, printing facilities, etc., as well as rental of projectors, laptops, presenters and speakers for presentations. Several editing workstations and a wide range of AV media are available in the media workshop. Camera equipment is provided. Photo and video cameras with accessories, TV sets, screens and projectors can also be rented there.

The FRA UAS sees the diversity of university members a strength, which it recognises and promotes in a targeted manner. It aims to create framework conditions that enable all university members to experience recognition and appreciation and to develop in their diversity in the best possible way.
