Dissection-free degree programme possible; High proportion of experimental lectures; Empirical final theses; High proportion of optional required modules and great flexibility in the choice in the optional fields; Research-oriented teaching; Strong links with the Natural Sciences and Mathematics departments and the university medical centre; Range of international excursions. Supplementary oral examination in case students do not pass their examinations on their final attempt.
