Other special features

The subject of Political Science is integrated into the inter-disciplinary degree course in “Social Sciences”, which is unique in Germany in that it combines the subjects of Political Science, Sociology, Communication and Media Sciences. It is characterised by an empirical orientation, sound methodological training, strong international networking in research and teaching, as well as a focus on parliaments, parties, voting and Europe.
