In addition, the Bachelor's degree in Digital Technologies was created together with the Ostfalia University.

Special features regarding teaching in the master's programmes

The Computer Science department includes two institutes (Institute for Computer Science, Institute for Software and Systems Engineering), which are both involved in the master's degree programme in Computer Science. In addition, the Master's degree programme in Digital Technologies was created together with the Ostfalia University.

Special features regarding the international orientation

Approximately one-third of the students in the Bachelor's degree programme are international students, and more than half in the Master's programme are international students. In the Master's degree programme, Clausthaler Institute for Informatics offers a large number of courses in German and English. In doing so, it cooperates with the computer science departments in Braunschweig, Göttingen and Hanover to provide an attractive range of elective courses.
