Special features regarding teaching

The Diploma degree course in Industrial Engineering is characterised by a diverse, almost equally balanced training in Engineering and Economics. The students can specialise in both technical and economic areas through the choice of two specialisations. Choice for Technology: Industrial Management & Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Utility Engineering, Planning and Operation of Electrical Plants and Environmental Engineering/Sustainability; Choice for Economics: Accounting, Marketing, Personnel, Financing, Logistics, Business Informatics, Company Management.

Special features regarding the international orientation

The objective is to encourage student exchange. To facilitate this, a module abroad and course-specific recognition modules have been integrated, which allows for more individual recognition. To raise awareness for opportunities abroad, there are regular information sessions, and additional attractive cooperation agreements are concluded with international universities. Students can turn to a staff member of International Consulting as well as a international representative (professor).
