Dovetailing of Economics and Engineering content through interface subjects such as Project Management, Material Flow and Logistics, Operational Planning of Energy Systems or Energy Economics.

Around 50% of students and 20% of staff come from abroad. Collaborations in research, teaching and for the exchange of students and teaching staff exist with around 160 partner institutions. In various degree courses, double degrees with partner institutions are accredited.
