Inter-disciplinary character of the teaching staff and the degree courses, ranging from Engineering Sciences and Computer Science to Natural Sciences and Economics; Small group sizes; Learning in projects and laboratories; Several degree programmes with vocational and academic elements. Trinational course of study Master of Science "European Railway Systems” (international advanced Master's degree programme), career-integrated with a double degree. The Railways branch of study was developed in cooperation with DB Netz AG and Gotha Technical College and is rare in Germany.
